Optus Business Centre Newcastle has been locally owned and operated since the 1st of July 2004, servicing businesses in the Newcastle and Greater Hunter area. e-Merce Communications took over the business on the 1st of July 2007 and has been working hard to ensure we provide a tailored whole of business solution to suit each company's needs.

Optus Business Centre Central Coast has been locally owned and operated since the 1st of July 2004, servicing businesses in the Central Coast area. e-Merce Business Systems took over the business on the 1st of February 2010.

Formally the NSW & ACT state manager for Optus SMB division, Neil Murphy has retuned to his home town of Newcastle to design and implement telecommunication solutions for local Small & Medium business customers.

Neil brings to the business a passion for technology and a desire to provide the business community of Newcastle a high standard of service.

Stephen Stokes has 25 years in Sales and Customer service experience, starting in small business then real-estate, following on to media sales and management.

Ben Chard

Ben has been working in the telecommunications industry since 2001. Ben started off in Optus mobile customer care then moved into a mobile activations role, a fixedline activations role and then a state sales support position looking after all of the SMB dealers within NSW.

Ben is now working in the Optus Business Centre Newcastle dealership bringing with him a wealth of knowledge on Optus' products, procedures & systems.

Brett Purcell

Brett Purcell has been a Senior Account Manager at Optus Business Centre Newcastle since 2003.

Being a senior member of the enterprise team Brett is responsible for building a wide variety of telecommunication solutions for a large cross-section of Newcastle businesses. One of the key things Brett enjoys about his position is visiting new and existing clients and has the ability to assess the customer needs whilst on site.

Paul’s role is to provide support to the sales staff and our customers.

Krystle Lucas

Krystle has been workin in telecommunications since 2006 in both the sales and administration sides of the business.

Krystle joined our team in November 2009 and her role is to provide support to the sales staff in provisioning their applications for all of Optus' products and to also provide some basic troubleshooting.

Jeremy is our Senior Account Manager for Optus Business Centre Central Coast. Jeremy manages and provides solutions to many of the largest companies on the Central Coast.

Since 2004 Franco has been working within the Optus Business Centre Central Coast & Newcastle dealership. He also has an additional 3 years experience within the telecommunications industry with various other businesses.
