The BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution (BES) – Small Business Edition offers:
- 5 Client Access Licenses and offers the same features and functionality as
the full enterprise edition of BlackBerry® Enterprise
Solution.
- Flexibility to add more users as your business grows. You can easily add up to 15 new users by purchasing additional Client Access Licenses or an unlock code and additional Client Access Licenses to support a greater number of users.
When you already have a Blackberry handset connected to an Optus Business voice plan add one of our two BlackBerry add on plans.

How many emails are included in my plan±?
The number of emails you can send and receive will be determined by their size. As a handy guide remember that an email with 20 lines of text and no attachments is approximately 2Kb. So, 500 emails will use approximately 1MB of data.

BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution
You must connect to one of the BES plans and use a BlackBerry® capable device, which is a device manufactured by RIM or a mobile phone equipped with BlackBerry® Software. International GPRS roaming charges are excluded from your plan and will be charged separately at standard GPRS roaming rates. The 'Minimum Total Cost' is set out in the table below plus the cost of your Handset, if any. If you choose a 24 Month Plan, and your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch carriers within this payment period, you will be required to pay the remaining amount on your handset, if any, plus the applicable 'Termination Fee'.

The Termination Fee is calculated in accordance with the same calculation as for ‘yes' Business Smart 20+.
BlackBerry® Executive and BlackBerry® Platinum Bolt On Plans (BES) : Either of these plans may be added to an existing Optus Rate Plan or can be used as Data only plans. If you choose one of these plans and you do not have a Voice Plan for the BlackBerry® service, you will automatically be charged the BlackBerry® default Voice Rate Plan charges if you make a voice call from your BlackBerry® device. BES plans available as Month to Month, 12 Month or 24 Month plans. You are responsible for the installation, operation, upgrading of the BES server; establishing and maintaining any connections to the mail platform and the Internet; and implementing appropriate security policies.
