A single Static IPa address is available upon request for a monthly
fee of $5.00 (inc. GST) on all Business DSL and ‘yes’ Business Fusion plans.
The Static IP address remains the property of Optus. Static IP address is
limited by availability and is only valid in the State in which it is issued.
The Static IP address is not portable and may only be used on the Optus
network. Optus reserves the right to withdraw an allocated Static IP address
subject to the terms specified under the Standard Form of Agreements available
at www.optus.com.au/standardagreement.
1. The Optus Local & Long Distance Phone Fair Go™ Policy applies to your
use of the service. The unlimited call offer excludes the following call types
19XX calls, calls to non-Optus GSM mobiles (not applicable to the $99 amd $129
plans), calls made over another carrier's network, International calls,
Directory Assistance and Operator Service calls plus other services such as
MessageBank, Voicemail and Unlisted Numbers.
2. Displayed speed is based on Optus network testing. Not applicable if your
service has been speed limited. Around 50% of customers on the Broadband Direct
network can access speeds between 8Mbps and 20Mbps. Actual speeds will vary and
may be slower. Many factors affect speeds such as your distance from the
telephone exchange, your line condition, your hardware and software, the source
of your download, and general internet traffic.

Offer: A ‘yes’ Business Fusion plan
is a telephony and broadband package which is available to all new and existing
eligible credit approved Optus Small Business customers, as defined by
Optus.
Customers must connect each service in the same account name, address and
ABN/ACN/ABRN. To be eligible for this plan, you must combine your Business DSL
Direct service with a Local Access Direct business phone service (local and
long distance) as one valid subscription on a 'yes' Business Fusion plan for a
minimum term of 24 months. You will not be eligible to receive ‘yes’ Business
Rewards on your Business DSL Direct or Local Access Direct Business phone
service, if these services are on a 'yes' Business Fusion plan.
Serviceability: Optus services are not available to all
premises in all areas or in NT and TAS. For technical and commercial reasons
not all premises can receive Optus services Until Optus successfully installs
your Service, we cannot guarantee that the Service can be installed at your
address. To connect to the Optus Direct broadband service you must have an
access line that is connected to the Optus Local Access Direct Service and be
the account holder of the access line to be used to connect to the Service. You
must also meet all of the minimum system requirements & have all required
equipment installed. A fee may apply if your existing phone number is unable to
be transferred to Optus. Only available with monthly billing. A $55 new number
fee applies if you do not transfer your existing phone number. Non-standard
installation may incur an additional charge. All lines for the premises must be
installed at the same time on the first available day nominated by Optus that
is also convenient to you.
‘yes’ Business Fusion $79 plan: Includes line rental,
unlimited standard local and national long distance calls, unlimited calls to
Optus GSM mobiles, 4GB of standard data allowance each month, and for new
broadband customers, $0 upfront wireless modem and free connection. Minimum
total cost over 24 months (with direct debit and $9.95 modem delivery fee) is
$1905.95.
‘yes’ Business Fusion $89 plan: Includes line rental,
unlimited standard local and national long distance calls, unlimited calls to
Optus GSM mobiles, 10GB of standard data allowance each month, and for new
broadband customers, $0 upfront wireless modem and free connection. Minimum
total cost over 24 months (with direct debit and $9.95 modem delivery fee) is
$2145.95.
‘yes’ Business Fusion $99 plan: Includes line rental,
unlimited standard local and national long distance calls, unlimited calls to
Optus GSM mobiles, unlimited calls to non-Optus GSM mobiles, 20GB of standard
data allowance each month, and for new broadband customers, $0 upfront wireless
modem and free connection. Minimum total cost over 24 months (with direct debit
and $9.95 modem delivery fee) is $2385.95.
‘yes’ Business Fusion $129 plan: Includes line rental,
unlimited standard local and national long distance calls, unlimited calls to
Optus GSM mobiles, unlimited calls to non-Optus GSM mobiles, unlimited data
allowance each month unthrottled up to 30GB, once the customer reaches 30GB
usage it will then be speed limited to 256Kbps until the end of your billing
month, and for new broadband customers, $0 upfront wireless modem and free
connection.Minimum total cost over 24 months (with direct debit and $9.95 modem
delivery fee) is $3105.95.
Included value: Unlimted call offer includes includes phone
line rental, unlimited standard local and national calls (including calls to
13/1300 numbers), calls to Optus GSM mobiles, free monthly Voicemail
subscription and a data allowance limit of 4GB, 10GB, 20GB or unlimited per
month depending on your plan. Optus Local & Long Distance Phone Fair Go™
Policy applies. Any included value that you are entitled to receive expires at
the end of each month and is not refundable or transferable.
A wireless modem is included with your plan. However, if you move to a non
‘yes’ Business Fusion plan or cancel your service within 3 months of commencing
this plan, you will incur a $140 hardware fee.
Exclusions: 19XX calls, calls to non-Optus GSM mobiles (not
applicable to ‘yes’ Business Fusion $99 and $129 plans), Mobile SAT calls,
calls made over another carrier’s network, International calls, Directory
Assistance and Operator Service calls plus other services such as MessageBank
& Unlisted Numbers. Normal call charges apply to calls and services that
are not part of the included value. Offer excludes any equipment charges.
Excess Usage Fee: If you exceed the standard data usage
allowance of your plan, any additional usage will be considered excess usage
and will be charged to your account at a rate of $0.15 per MB (megabyte) until
you reach 2GB (gigabyte) of excess usage, after which you will be speed limited
(which cannot be removed) to 64kbps ($79 and $89 plan) or 128kbps ($99 plan)
until the end of your billing month. Excess usage charges may not be invoiced
in the month in which they occur and may be billed up to 3 months in arrears.
Usage means monthly combined upload and download data transfer. The $129 plan
will be unthrottled up to 30GB, once the customer reaches 30GB usage it will
then be speed limited to 256Kbps until the end of your billing month. No excess
usage charges apply to this plan. 1 Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes.

DSL Direct are available in selected areas. Actual speeds will vary and may be
slower depending on your distance from the telephone exchange, your line
condition, your hardware and software, the source of your download and general
internet traffic. Around 50% of customers on the Direct network will receive
speeds between 8 and 20 Mbps. Speeds above 8Mbps require network compatible
ADSL2+ modem and filters.
Cancellation: Non payment of your bill may result in the
suspension or disconnection of your 'yes' Business Fusion services. If you
cancel either or both Services within the committed term you will be charged a
$300 pro-rated early cancellation fee for the Optus Business broadband service
and/or a $149 pro-rated early cancellation fee if you cancel your Optus
Business Phone service. Any remaining Optus services will be moved onto the
relevant available plan as outlined in the Optus Standard Form of
Agreement.
General: Paper Invoice Fee: A $1.10 fee will apply if you
choose to receive a paper bill posted to you. To avoid this fee you may change
to an electronic bill sent to you by email by enrolling at optus.com.au/myoptusaccount.
Electronic bills will be phased in over time and may not be available to you
immediately. If electronic billing is not available to you, we won’t charge you
the fee. Optus will write to you to advise you of the availability of
electronic billing before any fee is charged. Credit card Fee:
If you use a credit, charge or debit card to pay your bill, a 1% fee (inc.GST)
will be charged. This payment processing fee will be shown on your Optus bill
after the payment has been processed. Exemptions may apply. Single
Bill: Optus may place one or more of your services that you have with
Optus on a single bill. A $2.20 per month fee applies if your account is not
paid by direct debit. Non payment of a bill may result in the suspension or
disconnection of the Services. Optus supplies these services to you on the
terms of the Optus Standard Form of Agreement which is available on the Optus
