  • One phone number* – colleagues and customers can find you using a single fixed phone number. Your mobile acts as an extension to your desk phone by ringing simultaneously. In addition, with NEC’s SP310 Soft Phone# option your notebook can also act as an extension of your business phone system.
  • One voicemail box across fixed & mobile phones – Because your mobile acts as an extension to your desk phone you only need to activate the voicemail on your mobile to have all your voicemail messages in the same mail box. With optional Unified Messaging# you get even more control. Play your messages from your computer, your desk phone, or set the voicemail system to call you and play the message.
  • Optus One Office^ – It is designed to keep you in touch with your team by offering unlimited included calls from office to office and office to mobile fleet.

* Available as a standard feature on the NEC SV8100 and SV8300 phone systems. To use this feature you will need to advise your requirements at the time of proposal and provide the necessary information to configure your system after you have signed your agreement and prior to installation as per the standard terms and conditions for ‘yes’ Business Totality. This feature works by initiating a fixed-to-mobile call from your business phone system to your mobile phone. If you sign up to Optus One Office^ then these calls are included in your ‘unlimited’ allowance. If you choose not to sign up to Optus One Office or if it is not available to you, then these calls will be charged on your bill at the fixed-to-mobile rate associated with your Outbound Voice Services Multiline or DirectLine (VoDSL) contract.

+ If you choose to purchase you equipment under a rental model you will need to enter into a Rental Agreement with CAFG Australease. A copy of that agreement will be provided to you on request or with your application for the ‘yes’ Business Totality solution. If you choose to purchase the ‘yes’ Business Totality solution under a rental agreement, and your ‘yes’ Business Totality equipment is installed such that you are able to use the equipment, and for whatever reason the rental agreement does not proceed within 45 days of the date on which your equipment is installed you agree to purchase the YBT equipment outright from us.
# Unified Messaging and Unified Communications and NEC’s SP310 Soft Phone are optional features that can be included in your solution for an additional cost.
^ One Office Terms & Conditions
  • Offer available to credit approved, eligible small and medium business customers, as defined by Optus, who connect: 1) a Multiline or Directline plan on a new 36 month contract and 2) 10 or more services on either a Total Business Cap Voice or Mobile Fleet (6+, 20+, 50+) plan.
  • Each service must be connected to the same customer account name and ABN/ACN/ABRN.
  • Offer may be combined with Optus Business Bundles before 28 Feb 2010, but is not available with any other offer unless specified.
  • The offer entitles you to unlimited calls to Optus Mobiles and selected Optus Fixed services on the same business account.
  • If you sign up before 28 Feb 2010, you are also entitled to unlimited calls to Optus Mobile and selected Optus Fixed services from your eligible Fixed Line voice services for the first 12 months of the contract.
  • Calls to selected Optus Fixed Line phones exclude calls to Optus Local Access Resale customers.
  • The contract start date is the service activation date for services acquiring new number or port date for services porting an existing number.
