Caller ID


Optus Caller ID lets you know who’s calling before you answer the phone, enabling you to choose how you handle the call.


Setup Caller ID

Caller ID is a feature which is automatically added to your service when you activate your mobile account unless you request otherwise. This will be for both incoming and outgoing Caller ID.

You can deactivate or re-activate Caller ID from within My Optus Mobile.

What you need to know about Caller ID:

Caller ID information is not available for calls coming from some areas or from international calls. The display will show unavailable.

Some numbers might be blocked by the caller or originate from an unlisted number. The display will show private. All incoming calls include the correct area code in the number.
