SureFax is your own fax number linked to your VoiceMail that gives you the power to receive and store faxes without a fax machine.

Clients and colleagues can send you that important document on time, every time with total confidentiality direct to your private fax number. You can then download faxes to your laptop computer or personal organiser (PDA). 

Decide when and where your fax containg sensitive information is printed 

Optus SureFax is linked to your VoiceMails and notifies you on your mobile when you receive a SureFax. You can download the faxed document to any convenient fax machine when you want.

Distribute faxes

Customers with the Group VoiceMail option can use their mobile to distribute faxes to members of their group.

You Can Even Store Your Faxes for Later

Unread faxes (in addition to VoiceMail messages) can be stored for up to 14 days. Transmitted and saved faxes can be stored for up to 7 days. As storage is shared with voicemail messages, if voicemail messages have been not been heard or have been saved this will limit storage for faxes. Storage is limited to twenty Voicemail messages or faxes or a combination of both.
